Later Pro (“the app”) is built to help you remember things, not to collect data about you. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

Information we collect

Later Pro does not collect personal information. Reminders, voice transcripts, time preferences, and location data you create are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them.

Data stored on your device

• Reminder titles, notes, and transcripts
• Scheduled dates and recurrence rules
• Time preference learnings (e.g. what “later” means to you)
• Home/Work location coordinates, if you choose to add them
• Purchase and subscription status, processed by Apple

Apple services

The app uses Apple frameworks including Siri, App Intents, StoreKit, Core Location, and UserNotifications. These operate under Apple’s privacy policies. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive or store payment information.

Third-party services

Later Pro does not use analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or cloud backends. The app functions entirely on your device.

Permissions

The app may request access to the microphone (for voice capture), speech recognition, contacts (for call reminders), and location (for Home/Work arrival triggers). You can deny any of these permissions; the app will continue to work for time-based reminders.

Your rights

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling Later Pro. Because data is stored locally, uninstalling removes it from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available at this page.
