Privacy Policy
Life Admin ("the App", "we", "us") is a household management application built for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Life Admin is designed to keep your data on your devices and in your private iCloud account — not on our servers.
Life Admin collects and stores the following data, entirely within your iCloud account (CloudKit):
All data is stored in Apple's CloudKit under your personal Apple ID. We do not operate our own servers and have no direct access to your data.
Household members you invite can access shared household data (reminders, calendar, chat, noticeboard, to-do list). Personal data such as individual medical notes remains visible only to you.
The App requests camera access to scan documents, receipts, warranties, and manuals. Captured images are stored in your private iCloud container and are not transmitted to any third party.
The App requests photo library access solely to allow you to select existing images for document scanning.
The App requests read access to Apple Calendar to display your existing events in the Family Timeline view. We do not write to or modify your Apple Calendar, and calendar data is never stored on external servers.
With your permission, the App sends local and remote push notifications for reminders, subscription renewals, and household events. Notification payloads are delivered via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and contain only identifiers — no personal data.
Life Admin does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Transaction identifiers provided by Apple are stored locally to verify subscription status.
Life Admin is designed for use by adults managing a household. The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can delete all app data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete All Data. This removes all records from your CloudKit container. Deleting the App from your device also removes locally cached data.
To delete your iCloud data permanently, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and remove Life Admin's storage.
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. Since all data is stored in your own iCloud account, you have full control at all times via Apple's privacy tools.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
