Please read these terms carefully before using Later Pro (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the app

Later Pro is a voice-first reminder and task utility. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require an active Later Pro subscription. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID settings.

3. Privacy

Later Pro stores your data locally on your device. We do not collect personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Permissions

The app may request access to device features such as the microphone, speech recognition, contacts, location, and notifications. These permissions are optional where technically possible and are used solely to provide the app’s features.

5. Disclaimer

Later Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed reminders, data loss, or damages arising from reliance on the app, including while driving. Always use the app responsibly and follow local laws.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or zero if you did not pay.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
