Does LiftLog Pro work with Apple Watch?

Troubleshooting

Workout didn't sync to Apple Health

Make sure HealthKit is enabled in Settings. Check Apple Health > Sources > LiftLog Pro to ensure all data types are enabled. Try finishing a new workout to trigger a sync.

Apple Watch not connecting

Ensure Bluetooth is on and your Apple Watch is paired. Open the LiftLog Pro app on your Watch directly. If issues persist, restart both devices.

Widget not updating

Remove and re-add the widget from your home screen. If the issue persists, open the app to refresh data, then check the widget again.

Rest timer not working

Check that notifications are enabled for LiftLog Pro in Settings > Notifications. Also verify the rest timer is turned on in the app's Settings.
