1. Apple's Standard EULA
DemoFlow AI is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), except where modified by the terms below.

The licensed application is DemoFlow AI, developed by Jake Dale-Rourke ("Licensor"). Apple is not a party to this licence and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for DemoFlow AI.
2. Licence Grant
Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DemoFlow AI on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicence DemoFlow AI or any portion of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use DemoFlow AI to create a competing product or service
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on DemoFlow AI
3. Pro Subscriptions
DemoFlow AI offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited AI generations, AI voice narration, cinematic zoom effects, all export formats, and logo branding.
- Subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through the Mac App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- You can cancel at any time in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
- Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DemoFlow AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to:
- Record or process content you do not have rights to use
- Create misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
- Circumvent any security or access controls
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
DemoFlow AI is intended for use with apps running in Xcode iOS Simulator. Recording of other applications' screens is subject to those applications' own terms of service.
5. OpenAI and Third-Party Services
DemoFlow AI uses OpenAI's API to provide AI screen analysis and narration generation. By using AI features in DemoFlow AI, you also agree to:
You are responsible for ensuring the content you process through DemoFlow AI complies with OpenAI's usage policies. We reserve the right to suspend access to AI features for users who violate these policies.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all ownership of the recordings, videos, and scripts you create with DemoFlow AI. We claim no rights over your content.
Our software: DemoFlow AI, including its code, design, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of Jake Dale-Rourke. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
AI-generated content: Narration scripts and voiceovers generated by AI are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
DemoFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that DemoFlow AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your use case — always review outputs before publishing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jake Dale-Rourke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DemoFlow AI, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of DemoFlow AI shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of DemoFlow AI after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via an in-app notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
